Hello! My name is Lauren and I’m originally from Nashville, Tennessee. I moved to Denver, Colorado in 2016. I was diagnosed with a mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss in both ears at age 2 and my family chose to not pursue amplification. I was in a small private school from elementary through high school.
My hearing has progressed over the years and I chose to be fit with hearing aids during my freshman year of college at a large public university. This experience inspired me to become an audiologist and I now work with children who are deaf and hard of hearing. Outside of work, I enjoy cuddling my dog, skiing, biking, and hiking with my family and friends.
